This Return Policy applies only to eligible products (see exclusions below) purchased directly from Promise Computer Technology LLC<\/strong> or through our official website. • All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.<\/strong>
  You may obtain an RMA number by emailing sales@promisestores.com<\/a><\/strong>, contacting your sales representative, or filling out the RMA request form on our website.<\/li>\n
• All returns must include the following:<\/strong><\/li>\n
• A valid and approved RMA number.<\/li>\n
• The product must be returned in unused, unopened condition<\/strong> and in its original packaging<\/strong>, including all accessories and documentation.<\/li>\n
• Returns must be shipped within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)<\/strong> using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n
• Returns must be shipped within 7 business days<\/strong> of RMA approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  We do not accept returns<\/strong> under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n

  • If the product is damaged<\/strong> due to misuse or missing original packaging or accessories.<\/li>\n
  • If the product return is initiated after 7 business days<\/strong> of RMA approval.<\/li>\n
  • For software<\/strong>, digital licenses<\/strong>, and consumables<\/strong>, unless defective and unopened.<\/li>\n
